 Sunday night found Zach McMillan in action at Lonestar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) powering P&W Sales #14z Open Wheel Modified. In a field of 17 cars, McMillan started the night off with a heat race victory locking his spot into the A-Main. Jumping into the lead on the drop of the green flag, Zach led wire-to-wire en route to his first win of the season. Jon Mitchell, Dustin Hyde, Tye Clampitt, and Kyle Pleasant completed the Top-5 finishers.

| May 5, 2018 - 13th Place Finish in Pelican 50 at Ark-La-Tex Speedway |
 Following the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Zach McMillan headed to Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) on Saturday night for the annual Pelican 50. In a field of 20 cars, McMillan locked his spot into the $4,000-to-win A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Starting in 8th, Zach fell five spots in the 40-lapper to place 13th.
