| September 23, 2018 - Zach McMillan Travels to Brownstown Speedway for Jackson 100 |
 Friday night saw Zach McMillan return with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) for the 39th annual Jackson 100. Drawing 40 cars for the two-day event, McMillan timed in 20th fastest in his qualifying group locking him into the 10th-starting position for his heat race on Saturday.
With bad weather shifting Saturday’s program to Sunday, McMillan jumped up four spots in the 10-lapper to place 6th. Transferring into the B-Main for one final shot at the $20,000-to-win main event, Zach slipped back to an 8th place outing bringing an early end to his night.

| September 14, 2018 - McMillan Begins Knoxville Nationals at Knoxville Raceway |
Behind the wheel of the P&W Sales #14z Super Late Model, Zach McMillan was one of 57 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries signed in at Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) on Thursday evening kicking off the 15th annual Knoxville Nationals. Taking the Top 3 out of the heats, McMillan logged a 9th place outing sending him into the C-Main. Transferring the Top 4 into the B-Main, Zach fell short of a transfer position with 10th place finish.
The following night for another $7,000-to-win preliminary feature, McMillan recorded a 6th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the feature. Sending the Top 6, Zach made hard contact with the wall on the second lap that ended his weekend early.
